St Al's Chicken BBQ! September 8!
St. Aloysius Parish Bingo will be hosting a Krolick's Chicken BBQ Fundraising Event on Sunday, September 8, in the St. Aloysius Parish Hall to raise funds for a new Bingo Machine! St. Aloysius Bingo is an incredible fun night out and service to people in our surrounding communities, and it would not be possible without the talents and generous time commitments of the parishioners of our Cattaraugus Creek Catholic Community family of parishes.

Women's Book ClubWisdom from Women In Scripture
Wisdom from Women in Scripture will help women focus onholiness by embracing the words of wisdom from six women ofWINE who, through Scripture and stories, lead you on ajourney with six women in Sacred Scripture.
Our book club will be held at St. Aloysius Parish Hall fromOctober 24–December 5 from 9:00 am—10:30 am.We won’t be meeting on Thanksgiving.
Each week you will best prepared if you read the chapterassigned for that week and do the reflection questions before wemeet. We begin with a prayer from the reflection journal thataccompanies each book. We share some of our favorite quotesand reflections and then go into a guided question and answerdiscussion. You can share as much or as little as you wouldlike, but either way your relationship with our Lord will bestronger by the end of this book!Cost is $20 per person, but don’t let that stop you from coming.We have some generous souls who will sponsor your bookbundle, just let me know some assistance might be helpful.The books are ordered together to save money, so please callTracey at 774-545-0163 if you would like to join by October 6. -

Diocese of Buffalo Announces Plan to Reshape the Number of Parishes through Merger
The Diocese of Buffalo has announced that following a comprehensive and collaborative planning process directed by its Road to Renewal division, a plan was presented to Family of Parishes priests to merge approximately 34 percent of the diocese’s 160 parishes. (click here for full article)

BINGO!
ST. ALOYSIUS CHURCH BINGO will be held on Wednesday evenings at the St. Aloysius Church Hall. The doors open at 6:00 p.m., and game sales start at 6:30 p.m. Bingo Games will start at 7:30 p.m. and usually run until about 9:45 p.m. Everyone age 18 years and older is welcome to join us to play Bingo and Bell Jar games, and children under the age of 18 years are welcome to attend with a paying/playing adult to play our FREE Kids' Bingo for toy prizes! All proceeds benefit St. Aloysius Parish.
